Take unparalleled control of the EWI, using its pressure sensitive mouthpiece to continuously control the volume of notes. The mouthpiece also features a bite pressure sensor which allows you to control vibrato. 13 touch sensors comprise the note keys, along with four octave rollers and two bend plates - to give you up to five octaves of range and even more expressive capabilities. The EWI USB is fun and easy to use, but is also powerful, flexible, and reliable enough for professional use on stage or in studio.
Computer control
The EWI USB plugs straight into your PC or Mac, through which you can then control any MIDI-compatible software. This makes the EWI perfect for studio applications, allowing you to add authentic expression to MIDI instrument parts - or for stage use, revolutionising the way you perform wind parts.
The EWI USB can be used with any MIDI virtual instrument, but comes included with Aria Player software, which was produced specifically for use with this wind controller. This software features over 75 different orchestral, concert band, jazz band, and synthesiser sounds, all expertly recorded and programmed by Garitan - a world-class virtual instrument and sound library company.
Multi mode
Offering multiple fingering systems - including sax, flute, traditional EWI, and brass - the EWI is accessible to players from any wind discipline, or even total novices. The EWI USB is designed in order for you to spend your time making music, not learning to use complicated technology.
