Delay, Flanger & Chorus

The Fusionbox from Erica Synths is a multi-functional analog effects unit featuring a range of premium-grade FX. The Fusionbox utilises two BBD chips (1024 and 4096 stages) for optimal audio fidelity and crisp sound. The chip-based Delay, Flanger and Chorus effects provide you with classic-style effects that can be used to achieve a range of sounds and styles. The Delay effect is great for creating echoes and subtle Reverbs using the precision-style attenuators. The Flanger is ideal for creating a sense of movement within your sound, providing a psychedelic-style sweeping tone to your input signals. The Chorus effect is perfect for making vocals and instrument stand out in your performance, creating a thick and textured sound. The on-board effects are accompanied by a wide range of attenuators that give you full control over your frequency levels, colouration, overdrive, modulation level, dry/wet and more.

Vintage Ensemble Stereo Effect

One of the most unique features of the Fusionbox is the incorporation of a vintage-style stereo ensemble effects. This style of effect is borrowed from classic synthesizers are provides you with a delayed, processed and filtered sound that is then added back into the dry audio with inverts phase for a single channel and a direct phase in the other. This delivers a unique movement within your sound, standing-out from standard-style chorus effects. This emulates an immersive stereo field, that sets your sound out from the rest of the mix.

Tube Overdrive & Lowpass Filter

Also in its arsenal of effects, is a low-pass filter and tube overdrive. The Tube Overdrive is one of the most prominent effects, with the tube being present and on-display in the centre of the unit. The tube overdrive is ideal for everything from electric guitars to synthesizers and more. The classic warmth and grit of the Tube circuit is what makes the overdrive cut through any mix, providing clean but crisp-style distortion for a range of instruments. The passive low-pass filter is ideal for creating powerful sub-bass sound. This is great for bass guitars and other instruments with bass sounds included, such as synthesizers and drum machines. The lowpass filter is fully adjustable from none to extreme for creating deep and powerful bass sound.

The compact yet rugged design of the Fusionbox makes it ideal for both live and studio applications. The Fusionbox is suitable for a range of applications, from electric guitar distortion to adding the vintage-style stereo ensemble effect to synth patches and more. Its heavy-duty aluminium construction makes it perfect for use on the road, easily withstanding prolonged and extensive use. The Fusionbox includes a FX send/receive connector as well as a Footswitch connector. The footswitch connector is ideal for guitar players and other live performers, allowing you to switch the effects unit on/off for certain parts of your performance for added flexibility.
