Additional features include mid-side processing with built-in sidechain EQ controls and unit calibration parameters. The newly-appointed Unit Calibration parameter lets you virtually adjust the diode-bridge circuitry to reduce the headroom for a more compressed and harmonically-rich sound.

Featuring several different modes, Comp DIODE-609 lets you tackle any stereo configuration. Dual Mono and Stereo modes are available along with Mid-Side processing. Opening up a whole new dimension of control over your stereo field, Mid-Side processing lets you independently adjust the left and right channels from your mono source. Ideal for compressing/limiting specific instruments in your stereo field, you can compress the centre mono channel for a consistent bass, 808 or bass drum sound without affecting your stereo guitars, piano, vocals and more.
Onboard sidechain functionality inside Arturia Comp DIODE-609 means that you won't need to reach for any external plug-ins to sidechain your compression/limiting.
