Additionally, the USB 2.0 connectivity allows you to digitise your personal record collection. Moving into modern forms of on-the-go music or preserving your vintage record collection has never been easier. Simply connect your TT-4000 to your computer and record your vinyl in stunning 16-bit resolution up to 48kHz sample rate for maximum headroom and clarity.
A redesigned chassis with reinforced housing and construction and precision die-cast aluminium platter provide the perfect stability for vinyl rotation. Shock-absorbing feet and optimised damping features ensure that no unwanted vibrational noise will disturb your playback, even in loud bass-heavy clubs.
The inclusion of multiple inputs allow you to integrate one XLR and two TRS microphones into your set-up. The generous amount of gain on offer allows you to achieve the perfect level to be heard by the crowd, without introducing any undesirable hiss or noise. What's more, the two-band EQ allows you to globally add "body" to each voice, as well as top-end "sheen" for record ready results.
Utilise the talk-over switch to instantly duck the volume of the music every time microphone signal is detected. This function is particularly excellent if you need to make one-off important announcements. It ensures you'll be heard loud and proud above the seemingly endless subs and hard-hitting beats.
Each channel offers a selector switch, allowing you to alternate between multiple media outlets at a single flick. Thanks to this, you'll be able to have your entire set-up connected and good to go, without having to patch different pieces of equipment in and out as the set progresses. This allows you to maintain focus on what's most important - creating the greatest performances possible!
The inclusion of multiple 10-segment LED meters on the four individual channels and master output allow you to keep an eye on the integrity of your signal at all times. This means you can easily monitor, without worrying about issues such as clipping and distortion from compromising the quality of your sound. It's hard to go too far wrong thanks to the 4 Channel DJ Mixer!
Thanks to booth monitoring, should you desire to monitor on speakers instead of headphones then you'll be able to achieve the perfect volume, without affecting the overall level of the mix that is being project out to the crowd. This allows you to accurately monitor the output of the mixer at a volume that's comfortable for you, whilst being fully aware of your surroundings.
Performing in new spaces can be risky if the environment isn't acoustically perfect. This can sometimes result in your mix sounding "brittle" or "boomy". Fear not. Each channel on the DJ Mixer boasts a fixed positioned three-band equaliser. Each frequency band has been specifically chosen to target problematic areas in the low, mid and high frequency bands. There's no need for endless nitpicking, this equaliser is straight to the point! With a 30dB gain range on each channel, you'll be able to utilise this to achieve the perfect mix, without compromise.
Sometimes when you're performing in a big room you'll have to position your speakers far out to ensure the music connects with everyone. However, this can distort your stereo field and minimise the impact of your low-end. This can easily be resolved by utilising the mono switch on the DJ Mixer. This collapses your signal into mono to ensure that both speakers produce the exact same sound for consistency. If the overall sonic image still sounds heavier on one side of the room, you can tweak the pan pot to perfectly balance the sound.
You'll find that creating the perfect segue becomes an effortless endeavor thanks to the premium crossfader that lies on the front of the mixer's sleek black fascia. Utilise the XF Assign controls that are conveniently placed on either side to determine which channels the crossfader will fade to when adjusted.
