The Alpha-Omega Ultra is equipped with an extensive range of controllable parameters, offering everything you need to deliver incredible soundscapes in any situation. From its 6-band graph EQ, to its four knob controls, this Darkglass Pedal lets you fully tweak your tone before sending it to mixers, PA’s and recording devices. This pedal is also equipped with two distinct distortion circuits, offering the tight, punchy, defined tones of the Alpha circuit or the brutal and raw power of the omega.

Studio-Grade Performance

As more players create their entire rigs just on their pedalboards, the engineers at Darklass made sure to give the Alpha-Omega Ultra everything you’ll need to deliver a studio-grade performance. Along with its powerful controls, the Bass Distortion Pedal features a balanced XLR output with an IR (Impulse Response) cab emulator to replicate all the benefits of a real speaker without any of the drawbacks. These virtual cabs give your sound an accurate representation of the chosen cabinet’s character, allowing you to send you signal directly into PA systems and recording devices without the need for an amplifier. This feature is fully switchable on the direct output, and remains on when using headphones to deliver a realist, full-rig sound when silently practicing.

Free 'Darkglass Suite' Software

Coupled with the Alpha-Omega Ultra pedal is the Darkglass suite software, allowing you to change the properties of the pedal’s virtual cabinet. Simply connect the pedal to your Mac or PC and experiment with your favourite cabinet configuration with the easy-to-use platform. Not only does this software allow you to find the perfect sound for any situation, it also gives your sound that little personal touch.
