Made from yellow brass, this tenor horn has a bright sound - perfect for brass bands. It has a well-centred sound too thanks to its precise construction. Accurate pitch and responsive action are qualities that make the YAH203S the perfect instrument for learning on. The honed valves ensure a precise fit between the casings and pistons so no air can escape. This results in a clear tone and strong intonation. The pressure formed tubing also means there's a smooth flow of air for an open sound and free-blowing feel. With such consistency in tone, you'll be able to create a beautiful tenor horn sound straight away.
The Yamaha YAH203S comes with a hard case and carefully selected mouthpiece as standard. The hard moulded case offers ultimate protection so you can carry your horn to rehearsals and school with ease. The Yamaha 37C4 mouthpiece complements this tenor horn perfectly and ensures a clean and articulate sound. Get playing straight away!
