Vintage-Style Equalisation

The SSL XRack Stereo EQ Module XR727 is a stereo version of the infamous XL 9000 K Channel Equaliser that was features in both the Duality & AWS consoles. The premium-quality design and circuitry ensures optimal audio quality with a classic 4-band layout, for quick and easy manipulation of each frequency band. The rotary controls allows you to precisely dial in the required amount of each band, for optimal control over your frequency bands. The high and low-bands are also switchable between shelving and fixed Q Bell curves for added versatility.

Design & Connectivity

The SSL XRack Stereo EQ Module features a unique parameter called ‘Selective Mode’ which allows you to switch between high, mid and low bands between E or G curves for added versatility. The high and low-bands are also switchable between shelving and fixed Q Bell curves. The TotalRecall™ status LEDS provide precise visual feedback for your signal levels, letting you know when your source audio is clipping. Rear panel connections features a balanced TRS jack for connecting a range of instruments from electric guitars to line level instruments such as keyboards. Also featured is the EQ IN switch for A/B comparison allowing you to easily check how the EQ has affected your source audio.
