SubZero Portland 32 Left Handed Electric Guitar

The Portland Series by SubZero offers a great hard rock style guitar with plenty of features and variations. All Portland models have a full 24 fret neck, with extra deep cutaways to take full advantage of the full range. The Humbuckers and Single coil pickups seen across the range give a full and punchy sound, and the pickup switch and simple volume and tone controls mean you can easily find the right sound with these great guitars. With a classic cut lightweight Agathis body and Canadian Maple necks, the Portland Series from SubZero look good and play great.

With high quality hardware, including a licensed Floyd Rose Double Locking Tremolo, and a gloss black Agathis body with high quality cream binding, the Portland 32 will look great as well as playing brilliantly. The Floyd Rose tremolo will give brilliant diving tremolo sounds without the guitar going out of tune. The 3 piece neck is thin, fast and tough, and compliments the high quality Rosewood fretboard, combined with a neck binding that matches the body. The Portland 32 has an HSS pickup configuration which gives it a big sound, with a full top end and punchy bass when the pickup selector is in the middle. The five way pickup switch allows for four other different pickup combinations, allowing for punchy treble, bass or middle sounds, and giving this guitar a versatile edge.

The SubZero DSP modelling amps use TSAC (True Simulation of Analogue Circuit) to accurately simulate the way an all-tube amplifier interacts with a loudspeaker, allowing the amp to recreate great classic amp sounds. This great amp has 6 amp types inspired by classic British and American amps and pedals. These include a classic American blues amp , the crunch of a British 60's stack, a British 60's Liverpool sound, a classic 70's British high gain amp, solo sounds from a modern American high gain amp and metal sounds based on a famous metal pedal created in the 90?s.

Full Control of Your Sound

The easy to navigate control panel allows you to easily sculpt your tones until they sound just the way you want. With a 3-band EQ including Bass, Mid and Treble tone knobs, you can get the perfect balance to your sound. The amp features four modulation effects; Chorus, Flanger, Phaser and Tremolo giving an extra colour to your sound. These can be used alongside the Reverb and Delay ambient effects, further expanding your sound pallet. With separate Gain, Level and Master Volume levels, you can get the perfect amount of crunch or drive, without excessive volume. The Solo control works as a tone boost, giving you that extra volume for solos.

Dial in Your Favourite Tones

Whatever your style, the SubZero SZ1030 allows you to create up to 16 custom made presets. With four memory banks and four memory channels with individual buttons, you can save you favourite sounds and recall them at the touch of a button. Perfect for performers using different styles, sounds and effects in the same performance. The amp also has a built in tuner, so you can tune your guitar without unplugging your guitar, or using additional pedals.

Perfect for Practice or Performance

The SubZero SZ1030 DSP modelling amp is ideal for both practice and on stage. With 30W of power channelled through a high quality 10" speaker, this amp is loud enough for band practice and small stages, without being too loud for home practice. The amp also has a headphone output for silent practice, and an auxiliary input so you can plug in your phone or mp3 player and play along to favourite songs. Featuring a hard wearing cabinet with metal corner protectors, it can easily take the inevitable bumps from being transported between home, practice and performances. This great quality versatile amp will keep any experimenting guitarist happy.
