Its mahogany body features smooth contours and a double-cutaway design, while its neck is crafted from maple and purpleheart for an enhanced durability. The neck also features Ibanez's nitro wizard profile, with its thin design letting you deliver swift and nimble riffs across the entire fingerboard. Couple that with the body's cutaway, and you get incredible comfort at the higher frets - ideal for soloing.

The Ibanez RGD provides you with a classic metal tone. Its DiMarzio Fusion Edge pickups, which were designed in a collaboration between Ibanez and DiMarzio, produce a variety of overdriven textures. You can create powerfully distinctive tones that have a crisp, cutting high end and tight low-end - perfect for ripping through the mix and deliver killer metal riffs.

The heavy-duty Gibraltar bridge maximises the contact between the body and the strings. This helps improve the transfer of string vibrations to the body, resulting in an increase in sustain and resonance. The Gotoh Tuners on the other hand are built to keep tuning quick and easy, with the ability to lock down your tuning so you can always perform at your best.
