Possessing a mirror-finish metallic exterior and all-tube sound, the Night Train 50 boasts EL34 tubes in the power stage, helping create a tight, robust sound. All-Tube Design

The Night Train 50's all-tube, Class AB amplifier design delivers 50 Watts of power. The preamp stage features four 12AX7 vacuum tubes; two EL34 pentode power tubes. This unique tube complement allows the Night Train 50 to capture the traditional VOX chime sound, as well as producing a powerful high-gain sound.

Two Channels to Explore

The Night Train 50 has two channels with impressive sonic variety. The BRIGHT channel provides the inimitable VOX chime sound, whilst the high-gain GIRTH channel utilises an extra pre-amp tube to give more crunch. The Night Train 50's versatility allows it to fit a broad range of playing styles and music genres. Each channel boasts Bass, Middle, Treble, and Gain controls. The BRIGHT channel provides a THICK mode, which bypasses the EQ to boost the gain and make the sound even thicker.

In the Master section there is the Master Volume, the VOX Tone Cut control and a new TIGHT switch. The TIGHT mode attenuates the low-frequency range to tighten the low end. All this variation you can give to your tone lets you explore your guitar sound and perhaps find a tone you really like.

FX Loop

The Night Train 50 provides a convenient FX loop for adding your favorite effects. The FX loop (-10 dB) is true bypass to keep your tone intact.
