Having firmly assured himself a place as one of the Rock world's most influential Guitarist's, Joe Satriani is at the forefront of guitar technology and has chosen Ibanez guitars for nearly thirty years. His signature series guitars, introduced in 1988 are the pinnacle of advanced guitar design and simplistic beauty.
Edge III Trem
JS100 models have the Edge III trem which offers a similar feel and design to the famous, original Edge trems but with lower profile tuners for greater right-hand comfort. The new Edge III is similar in construction and feel to the original Edge locking trem; however, it also features lower profile fine-tuners inspired by the Lo-PRO Edge and massive new-design saddles.
A push/pull coil tap
A push/pull coil tap on Joe Satriani's Signature JS100 enables splitting of either bridge or neck AXIS humbucker, adding more sounds and tones to your palette.
