This special tenor ukulele belongs to Cordoba's new 30 series, offering players a premium line of boutique ukuleles that has an innovative construction technique for enhanced sound quality and stability. The construction method involved takes inspiration from classical/Spanish guitar construction techniques and then transferring that knowledge to build a tenor sized ukulele with Spanish construction methods in mind. The Cordoba 35TS-CE has a Spanish heel instead of the more traditional dovetail neck joint, resulting in a lightweight uke with an extremely stable heel joint and an increased amount of resonance. In addition, this unique method of construction also makes the ukulele less prone to movement as it ages. Overall players receive an incredibly lightweight tenor sized uke with a deeper, wider body, fan bracing, and a wider fingerboard, offering comfort and easy playability.
